Child Enrichment Program (CEP) 2011-12
for children who need “a little extra help” with social and emotional development

Program registration for 2012-13 is open to the public beginning February 2, 2012.  Registration is open to in-house famiies beginning January 18, 2012.  

School information sessions will be on December 7, January 9, January 17, January 25 and February 2, all at 9:30. Please RSVP to 919.677.1400 to reserve a position. Enrollment is open to the public on January 30, 2012 and ongoing.

The Lucy Daniels Center has a long history of helping young children with their social and emotional development.  If you think that your child might benefit from “a little bit of extra help” with separations, play skills, or just getting along with peers, this program might be a good fit.

The Lucy Daniels Center offers half-day preschool and transitional kindergarten programs for children ages 2 through 5. Master’s level teachers design the curricula to meet the individual and developmental needs of all children in our programs. Onsite services include a children’s library with parent resource materials, developmental screenings and assessments, consultations with mental health staff, discussion groups and transition support when it’s time to move on to a new school.
